Thank you for shopping with Bosmora. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions about shipping times and rates.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends, nor on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and processing. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you vie email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates:
We offer free shipping on domestic orders in the United States over $80. The shipping service price for orders less than $80 will be calculated at checkout.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Bosmora is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during of after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Bosmora is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received an order that was damaged during transit, please contact the shipping company. The shipping company may want to see the damaged packing materials and damaged goods for claim purposes.
International Shipping:
Currently, Bosmora products are only shipping in the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience.
